Thought I’d resurrect this thread looking for some advice: In my dynasty league, I recently picked up Conforto, figuring he’s far better than he has been so far and could be in for a big second half. Josiah Gray has been called up by the Dodgers and is available. Salary is not an issue.

I don’t necessarily need an OF (Biggio is my bench utility guy covering 2B, SS and OF), and I can always use an extra SP. That said, Conforto has been a 3.3 fantasy points per game player in my league for three of the last four seasons, so his resume is very good. Gray is a total unknown. Thoughts?

I wouldn't drop Conforto for Gray.

Keep Conforto. He is showing signs of life lately, and you know how good he can be if he does really get going.

Fortunately, I saw what he did Monday before submitting a claim and held onto Conforto.

Need some advice on who to drop. Looking at picking up Graveman in my dynasty league. He averages 5.5 fantasy points per game.

I need to drop a hitter among these three: Biggio (1.9 fpg this season, but was a 3.3 fpg in each of his first two seasons), Brantley (2.9 fpg) or Jo Adell (2.5 fpg small sample).

I like Biggio’s multi-position eligibility and I think he’s just not been healthy this season. Brantley is older, but he’s contributing. Adell has a ton of promise, but I have no idea if he can help me win this season.

I have Acuna and Soto hurt right now, so OF is a little thin.

I just don't think Biggio is going to be useful this season. Maybe shutting him down for a bit was what he needed to get healthy, but that is far from a sure thing. Definitely keep Brantley. I'd keep a healthy Adell over Biggio, but it's a close call.

Honestly, Brantley seems like the only one who will be useful this season. The real question is who is the better long-term player and am I going to kick myself later for dropping one of them?

It is possible that Biggio or Adell could leave you kicking yourself, but if you are in contention and need the points, make the move and drop Biggio.
