    Ding-a-ding-ding.

And that's the plan of pretty much all the potential GOP candidates.

His proof is in the dark corners of his own mind. It allows him to ignore the fact the allegations against Cain are coming from the GOP.

David Alan Grier was on Carolla's podcast and said if Cain doesn't get the nomination, we'll miss out on the best debate of all-time. Pretty funny stuff...

So after a full term of a presidency, you still think people are going to continue to blame George Bush for the economy? I am not sure I agree with that.

    I think some will.

I think others will blame Obama.

I think most will blame a Republican Congress beholden to Wall Street and moneyed interests, who will have been in control of Washington for two years and by then have done nothing to improve things. And please, we all know that "but the Democrats control the Senate" means nothing if you allow the extra-Constitutional filibuster rule to limit majority vote, such as it did with this week's infrastructure bill.

And still others will blame a banking system that instead of offering loans, tries to charge them $5 a month to use their debit cards. And not many voters will hold Obama responsible for banks.

Throw it all together, and you have plenty of people who will hold their nose and vote for Obama instead of a candidate they hardly know, who belongs to a party that's proven beyond a shadow of a doubt supports billionaires and their job-cutting, polluting corporations over the common man.

Bush, McCain, Cheney, Romney, Huntsman, Perry, Palin, Cain, Bachmann, Gingrich, Walker, Scott, Kasich, Snyder, etc etc etc. All the same Uberclass corporatist ballbag-lickers. Some more pathetic/preposterous/ridiculous than the others but only in degree.

Turns out, Cain was already concerned with job creation back in 1997:

Bialek says Herman pulled over -- then, "He suddenly reached over and put his hand on my leg, under my skirt and reached for my genitals."

Bialek says Cain also tried to pull her head towards his crotch.

When Bialek questioned his actions -- she claims Cain replied, "You want a job, right?"

Bialek says she asked Cain to stop -- and he did.

Well, boys, so much for the, "Anonymous accusers! Unnamed sources!" talking point.

    http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/11/07/accuser-details-lewd-behavior-by-cain/?hp

I think the NYT kind of buries the lede here. Near the end, they quote a lawyer who says that Cain's behavior, if true, is more like a sexual assault than sexual harassment.

If anyone is still defending him at this point, I don't know what to even tell them.

Is there anyone who thinks sexual harassment is a real thing? Is there anyone who doesn’t know it’s all a lawyers’ ramp, like “racial discrimination“? You pay a girl a compliment nowadays, she runs off and gets lawyered up.

    !!!!
