    And a GOP pollster in Oklahoma who worked at the restaurant association has come out and said he behaved poorly back then.

    Cain is now blaming this all on Perry.

    Had to be Perry. Cain looks really stupid for pointing the finger at liberals.
    This was sadly inevitable. The right likes having a black man around so they can claim they're not racist, but the moment someone thinks he's looking at a woman funny...

    He didn't just point his finger. He and Hannity, among some others, both emptied their clips yesterday trying to force this meme. Cain called it a "high-tech lynching," echoing Clarence Thomas's language. I'm not sure what the point was, other than to rally the base to his side against the liberal enemy. No way he really believed any of it.

    It would not shock me if he withdraws by the end of the weekend. I'm sure they want to see how this affects the polling. Surely it will, though. He's probably unelectable now.

    He will never withdraw...no reason to, it's not like he's spending his own money. And it's not like he's got a huge machine he needs to release to other candidates.

    He's gonna keep squeaking so he can keep speaking for cash over the next few years.
