You have to wonder what the hell Comrie has to whine about. He's the son of a frigging billionaire. He might as well be playing hockey for fun, since money has never been an issue and never will be.

The guy who either doesn't recognize how good he has it or still doesn't think it's enough is the kind of person who most deserves to be speared in the face and balls.

Billionare might be a bit of a stretch, I know his dad is a millionare many times over, but I don't think he can quite add that extra didgit yet. Regardless, yes he was born with a silver spoon and a sense of entittlement.
The guy is a locker room cancer. Is it no wonder he didn't stick long in Philly or with in months of landing in Pheonix he suddenly became trade bait? it just took this long for the Coyotes to un-load this over-paid, underachieving asshole.

Two sixty point seasons and the brat thinks he's Gretzky.

The Hurricanes still are looking for their first goal of 2007 and are getting shutout by CuJo and the Coyotes 2-0 through two periods. Carolina hasn't scored in 111 minutes and 46 seconds. The Canes are getting decent scoring chances against Phoenix, but can't bury their chances.

Stillman's out with an "upper-body injury," Cole doesn't seem right and Staal STILL can't come out of his funk.

Lately, if you stop the Williams-Brind'Amour-Whitney line, you've stopped the Hurricanes. So far, Phoenix is.

Leafs 6, Boston 2 in the second.

Toronto scored 3 goals in 42 seconds.

Best part is, the no name guys--Battalgia (2), Steen (2) and Newbury (1) scored goals

One of the many reasons why I hold hockeybeat in high regard!

Marty Straka with a hat trick against the Philadelphia Mail-It-Ins; 3-1 Rangers in the third.

Woot woot! I had Straka and Prucha in fantasy hockey last year. This year I have Nylander and Roszvial. Not bad, but I'd prefer Straka.

OK, this is ridiculous ... the Maple Leafs now lead Boston 10-2 with still nearly five minutes to play.

Rangers win, 3-2. They still have some kinks to work out--like Henrik Lundqvist not throwing a clearing pass onto an opposing forward's stick with less-than-a-minute remaining in the game and clinging to a two-goal lead--but they're beginning to resemble a good hockey team.

You realize you used Rangers and good in the same sentence right?

As much as I hated to see Phoenix beat Carolina, it was nice to see Gretzky smiling as he walked off the ice. His boys are playing well and CuJo is on a roll.
