Leafs & Rangers tied up at two apiece after one.

    Huge game for the Leafs.

Sean Avery & Tucker had a scrap.

    They deserve each other.

Who was that visored man who cross-checked the puck off of Raycroft's back and into the net, giving the Rangers a 3-2 lead?

    Ryan Callahan, that's who!

Most important about this Rangers-Leafs game is that it is settled in regulation. Thank goodness, as a desperate Canes fan, it looks like that's going to happen.

Rangers rake the Leafs to a 7-2 tune. Two goals, one assist and a fight for Avery. Rangers are now the sixth seed. With a win Tuesday night, against the Islanders, the Rangers clinch a playoff berth.

The boys are getting hot at the right time.

Well, the Leafs certainly shit the bed in this game.

It highlighted one of the Leafs fundamental problems: goaltending.

Lundqvist was rock solid, Raycroft was a sieve and Aubin didn't help the cause.

    Please don't gloat, HB :)

No gloating from me. If the Rangers beat the Isles Tuesday night, well, then that's a different story...;)

Leafs have three games left--Flyers, Islanders & the Habs. If they win all three, they might make it.

If they win all three, they finish with 93 points. That should be enough to get the eight seed.

Devils fire head coach with four games to go. Why?

I don't know a lot about hockey coaching or the innnerworkings of the Devils, but why would you fire the coach of a first place team?
