Huggy, I agree with you. I thought Raycroft was terrible. It just amused me that Cherry has hitched himself to Raycroft's star.

 

For you too, HC. Did you ever find a way to get that photo on an e-mail? I'd love a copy of that ... it helped that you got my best side.

 

I will come to your aide Freelance. Why are the Isles going to win tomorrow and eliminate the Fucking Maple Leafs? because Captain Canada will will them to victory. It's a forgone conclusion. Are the Devils starting Brodeur tomorrow? or are they giving him one last rest before the playoffs? I hope they are giving Brodeur a breather.

 

I asked my dad the same thing: What's with Cherry and all the Raycroft love? I don't get it.

 

Well, I'll give you this:
It unites two separate sides; those that love the Leafs and those that hate them. I'm a member of the latter, so all those who want to, feel free to join me in my hatred.

 

Didn't get to watch the game tonight, but I will say this abou Raycroft: He takes more crap than he deserves. Is he an elite goalie? no, but he's also not the worst goalie in the league as some would have you believe. He is also playing behind I believe is a very porous defence. The'r top two guys serve the same purpose, pure offence, their vet stay at home guy is sluggish and very mediocre at best, and then after that they are too young and inexperienced. The likes of White and Carlo will be very good someday, but they need some seasoning yet.

 

God bless you Beef. Of course the Isles have no one to blame but themselves for being in this predicament. They could have earned a playoff spot a couple weeks ago, but the team didn't handle the Chris Simon situation all that well.

Still, if they can get past the Devils tomorrow, who knows what will happen?
