Saw the Crosby assist on SportsCenter last night. If that's not the NHL's play of the year, I don't know what would be.

His goal was a thing of beauty as well.

An 18 year old kid is turning 30 year old NHL defensemen into pylons.

Just saw it on line. That was gorgeous.  And the kid can't even legally celebrate with a beer.   :-\

    Bookbuyers,

    Re Crosby tomes

One is a hardcover of 220 pages.

    Another is a softcover of 120 pages in a children's picture-book format

The third, I dunno, I haven't seen (and believe me, I looked) it but it was written by a schoolteacher for an almost invisible publishing company ... who knows?

And Mr Miler, you forgot to mention the Crosby stalker Shawna Richer's upcoming tome.

Sid the Kid will have more biogs on him by the time he's 20 than Trudeau did in his lifetime.

    Mr R,

Just clarifying which Crosby bios are available this season.

    Boswell (not Thomas), etc

His goal was pretty friggin' sweet, too, against the Caps.

And what made those highlights really great was the fact that they happened during an actual game with actual players on the ice, instead of in a skills competition at the end of overtime.

The Crosby goal was sweet, and the assist was jaw-dropping.

    JR, Mr. Miler,

A question about Crosby: Will he have more Stanley Cup championship rings or bios written by the time his career ends?

Wishing he was on the Rangers, etc.

I'm not sure that it's the best idea to make trades if you're the Rangers. The organization has hit on something that works. Why break it up now?
