    I'd love to see a Wings/Sens final.

Unfortunately, I don't know who I'd cheer for.

Detroit's an Original Six team and Shanahan's from my neighbourhood.

Ottawa is a Canadian team, but, they're still gutless pukes.

That is my hesitation with the Sens. I still wonder how physically tough they'll be in a 7 game series.

San Jose has been on the proverbial roll since the Thornton trade. I could see an Ottawa--San Jose Cup Finals, which would be rather entertaining.

Everybody who would love to see Gary B. Bettman going into apoplectic fits should be pulling for an all-Canadian final featuring Ottawa from the East and either Vancouver or Calgary from the West. :D

If it were two Canuck teams, then I'd cheer for anybody but Ottawa.

Man, the ratings in the U.S. would be so low, they could sell a 30 second pot for a bucket of pucks.

An Ottawa-Calgary Cup Final would be good for the sport and awful for the ratings/Bettman's blood pressure.

Those pressers, they would be something.

    "It's great to be in Canada...where it's still 30 degrees, and it's May! Gotta be nice...gotta support the markets...Aw fuck it! I wanted a Rangers-Kings final!"  ;D

Don't worry, the Senators will do their useless second round choke. :D

Of course, so will the Wings.

I wouldnt let Detroit being an america team keep you from cheering for them if iut is that painful to cheer for the Sens. Hell last year I cheered for T-Bay over Calgary because I couldn't stomach the idea of the cup going to cow town again. Besides I rationalized it with the fact therre were more Canadians playing in T-Bay then in Calgary. Not sur what the ratios would be for Ottawa/Detroit. But I'm pulling for the Sens if they make it, unless of course my Oil make it, then I'll go look out my window looking for that flying pig. Fuck if we could just get a real goalie I would be happy. Hey JR we'll trade you Conklin for Belfour straight up.

Beef, Belfour on his worst day, playing with no stick, is better than Conklin on his best day.
