As annoying as Denny "beating" Paris in the bed.

    Saw over at Jayski today:

-- J.J. Yeley driving for Hall of Fame Racing. I thought the deal was done with him heading to Yates? So basically he continues to run under the Gibbs umbrella.
-- Little Eury following Junior to Hendrick. I'm really disappointed that Hendrick didn't mandate Junior to cut the chord totally.
-- Considering what Tony Raines had to work with at HOF, I thought he was respectable -- better than Yeley probably will do.

Smart move on Rick Hendrick's part. He saw how Junior did not work well with Steve Hmiel and Pete Rondeau, so why not lock up Eury Jr.? As much as I loathe anything Hendrick, seems to me he made a smart business decision.

Yes, Mikey is hot. And mostly because he's 6-foot-5. Can't do short drivers (Martin) or ones that look like china dolls (Kahne) or ones that have boyfriends (Johnson).

    :)

So you are one of those "you must be at least this tall to ride this ride" gals, eh?

Part of Junior's problem in the past has seemed to be that he could get whatever he wanted. He didn't like Rondeau, he was dumped. He didn't like Tony Sr., he was dumped.

I thought leaving DEI would change that, at least a little.

I thought a clean break from that place would do him best. Apparently Hendrick thought differently.

    Right now.
Though, I saw it in a pre-screening few months ago. Had to watch it again. Good stuff.

I'm curious to see what they have to say about Toyota.

It seems like a wholly one-sided deal; I wonder what kind of assurances JGR got that Toyota would get its shit together.
