Uh-oh. Seems Sunoco's mad about how big the Shell logos were on Harvick's car last weekend. (Apparently they didn't notice before the race.)

His helmet and suit have to be changed also. It first came up after the Busch race.

That's bull that they have to change the logos. If Sunoco wanted that advertising space, they had every opportunity to outbid Shell for it.

Shell has a deal with RCR. Sunoco has a deal with ISC/NASCAR. You have to remember who controls Victory Lane.

It's not bull. It's a right guaranteed under the contract in which Sunoco outbid Shell for the right to have its name plastered on every race as "The Official Fuel Of NASCAR." It's the same reason Texaco came into the series with its Havoline oil brand rather than its System3 fuel brand in the late 1980s when Union 76 was the official fuel supplier.

It's socialism at work. Heck, NASCAR was coy enough several years back to make Powerade the Official Sports Drink of NASCAR, even though NASCAR ISC had Gatorade Victory Lanes.

All bullshit. Let the free market rule.

The France family/ISC/NASCAR make the rules. The teams provide the show.

I have to say, I loved it when guys with drink contracts would win, climb out of their cars and quickly sweep away all the Powerade or Gatorade or Coke or Pepsi or whatever the powers-that-be had neatly stacked on the roof.

That they would get fined or threatened with a fine for that is bullshit. If I'm the CEO of Pepsi, I'm telling Jeff Gordon, "listen, keep doing it - whatever they fine you, we'll pay you back double!!" ;)

What was even better was the "gate" contraption they came up with to put on the roofs, so drivers couldn't get up there and "accidentally" knock down the Powerade bottle.

Even better than that was Jeff Gordon's "spontaneous" celebration on the frontstretch at Indy a few years ago, so he could avoid Victory Lane and Powerade bottles.

Happy wins Busch race No. 1
Kenseth wins Busch race No. 2

When are we gonna see some Busch winners who are legit rookies? I can't be the only one who is tired of watching Cup guys in Busch Victory Lane -- am I?

Next 3 Busch races are Mexico City, Vegas and Atlanta -- sure would be nice to see how the rooks stack up. David Ragan. Hornish Jr. That Marcos kid. Hell, even Juan Montoya.

Highest finishing non-Cup driver last night was Timothy Peters -- well, Regan Smith, if you don't count his limited Cup schedule this year.

I see Mexico City being a duel between Montoya and Adrian Fernandez.
