Hermie did this week's race and apparently is doing next week's at Nashville, per Jayski.

I meant to say they're in Kentucky next week, Mod.

By the way, a crazy, conspiratorial NASCAR-like finish in the IRL race in Tejas. I guess Helio got "the call."

Too bad for him, although I'm sure he'll recover nicely. Quality arm charms are a staple in the garage area.

And young ones, too. Jeremy Mayfield had some jail bait once upon a time, from the looks of her.

Nothing of the kind. Penske out-thought everybody again.

    Death to Pocono.

Rolled in to the media center at 7:30 a.m., race is still more than three hours away, the race itself can/will last upwards of 4 hours.

Traffic will still be death getting out four hours afterward.

    Death to Pocono.

The stale doughnuts should tide you over. I hope they've upgraded the grub. The good thing is that media center is about two feet from parking. The bad thing is you can never leave.

Still donuts, though the only one I've had (yesterday) wasn't stale. We have had hot dogs deserving of the Notre Dame treatment every day for lunch.
