He has another third in there, I'm pretty sure. But third is indeed the answer.

Next, a softball: Who has the most starts without a victory among active drivers.
Or should I say "without beatin'?"

Gosh, I really don't know the answer to this one. I think I'll guess Kenny Wallace...is that dumb?

JPM's first year on the redneck circuit would make for a helluva reality series, IMO. (Hmmm, maybe I'll mention that to my out-of-work friends who staffed "Bonds on Bonds...")

Was Michael Waltrip for the longest time. Now, I haven't a clue? Bobby Labonte would be my best guess.

Jaw dropped when I turned on Speed this afternoon in the middle of the press conference.

JPM is gonna be a flippin' rock star. Can you imagine what the crowd will be like at Homestead? I'd bet my entire year's salary that he'll be in a car there this year, too. And he'll get a top-20 finish.

There have been plenty of non-North Americans who have tried their hand at NASCAR -- Hideyki Fukumaya or whatever his name is being the most recent. Geoff Brabham qualified for the first Brickyard race, too, I think. No one with staying power, though.

Of course, the main question is, can he get up to speed in the cars? We've seen great drivers like Paul Tracy and Jimmy Vasser struggle running Busch. If there's a guy who can do it, it may be JPM.

    Labonte was the 2000 champion.

    Schraeder hasn't won since 1991.

I was not clear. My bad.

Who has the most starts among active drivers without EVER winning? That's what I meant, but that wasn't clear so IJAG gets some points.

Gordon just made Kenseth his bitch. Wow.

    Damn I hate Jeff Gordon.

And go to hell Wally Dallenbach for saying it was an "accident"

    WHATEVER!

    Like Bristol was an accident?
Kenseth was made at Busch there and nailed Gordon.
