    Lap 249, you mean.

Mod, I was just suggesting the current setup now -- if you ran it the same time they ran Fontana and under the lights at Darlington, it'd be a home run. Unfortunately, NASCAR decided to mess up a good deal. Still don't understand why the spring race wasn't the one swiped from Darlington. South Carolina in March, when that race was, is gonna give you plenty of crappy weather.

Sucks that little ole Kasey has won 5 races and isn't even in the Chase.

    WTF?!

Little E all but clinched his spot tonight. Homestead, get ready to see Bud spraying around like John Holmes unloading a two-week supply on a cheerleader's grill.

What the fuck? That is just wrong, Big Dog.

When the hell has John Holmes ever had a two-week supply? Shit, he probably unloaded a tanker-truck full of jizz at Wonderland.

Martin's in ninth, with Burton 10th. And I remember NASCAR announcing that a coupla years ago.

So pick your horse, SportsJournalists.commers: will it be Kahne, Burton, Stewart or Martin in 11th place in the points after Saturday night?

    Think: Burton.
    Hope: Martin.

Remember a few years ago, when Rusty Wallace turned ever-so-slightly right exiting Turn 2 at RIR and stuffed Jeff Gordon into the fence?

I just can't get past thinking that Edwards, Bowyer or Kenseth will dump the No. 20 this time around. Paybacks are a bio-tch.

You mean the two drivers tied for 10th don't show up the next day for a playoff?

I stand by what I remember. A couple of years ago, one of NASCAR's bigwigs said they would not use a tiebreaker to settle who gets 10th in the Chase.
