Yeah, Nash and Dirk are defensive enforcers. Kobe can't touch them on defense.

Ha ha. Good one. It's too bad PHX clinches the Pacific the other day. If they hadn't clinched it with about 16 games to go, there might be an argument. Don't even mention Dallas.

Let's be clear what's happening here: Kobe said "F. this! It's time for me to win the scoring title and get some more attention. Forget about playing D, forget about getting teammates involved, ITS ALL ABOUT MEEEEE!" This is the last push of the season for the "New Kobe #24" marketing campaign.

I'm sure you didn't hear what Phil said. He said in an interview that he told Kobe to stop doing what he was doing and start taking more shots.

    Sure, I heard it.

It kind of reminded me when, after ESPN Mobile tanked, ESPN said they didn't really want to be in the mobile space anyway.

You think Phil wants to look like a punk again like he did last time when Kobe basically got him fired? He knows who the jewel of Buss' eye is. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.

Kobe only slightly took more than 3X FGA than the next closest teammate did. *sigh* I think I'm in love. And they beat a 17-51 team. I AM in love.

Sorry, The A-Rod of the NBA has struck again. How many 2 HR games did A-Rod have last year against the Devil Rays and other assorted scrubs. And like I said, Mike Miller had 33 points on over 60% shooting.

    Kob-ME has struck again.

OnD: Thank you. Mike Miller had like 16 shots and he had 33 points (without 18 trips to the stripe, either).

Kob-Me -- The MVP of the "And-1" league.

You know he said this before the 65 point game.

Anyways, I love how everyone just throws the "but he took this many shots". People don't realize the stamina it takes to take those amount of shots. You just can't argue that.

And Rok, while he was being passive, they were losing. So far in this 3 game explosion, they're 3-0. I'm sorry people, but you just can't igonore 65,50, and 60. You just can't. Hate him all you want, but this is amazing.

    Hey Denver....

    BOX THE F**K OUT!!!

    Give me a freaking break.

CT - Yep, Kobe put up 65, 50 and 60...

Against 3 teams that are a combined 56 games under .500!

Just think what he could do against a D-League team! It boggles the mind. This is stuff for the vault, no doubt.

    :)

    Oh, and let's remind everyone:

Miami is but 6 games in the loss column back from the top-seeded Pistons in the East.

Yep, that Miami. The Miami that 'might not make the playoffs,' the Miami that is 'dead' without D-Wade. The Miami that is 10-1 in it's last 11.

    Got Shaq?

It's a lot easier to conserve your energy when the guy you're guarding is shooting 60+% No D, baby. No D for Kob-Me.

    Then what's Dirk doing?
