I have a feeling the Mavs' magic number for clinching the West will be 2 after today.

What makes Kobe a fraud? 'Cause he gets 2 assists(he actually averages 5 a game) because his teammates can't hit an open jump shot? He's the best player, period. Rok, we all know you're just pissed because after that god awful thread you made about how the world was going to end because they lost to the Mavs, Kobe went off and shut down any thing bad you had to say about him(on the court) down.

The Lakers win 126-103.....and Kobe wasn't the leading scorer. But he ends up with 13 assists. I'm going to guess this still isn't enough for Rokski.

You're not going to hear from RokSki, bro. Cuz, he only pops up on those occasions when the Lakers lose.
And, besides, it's not like he'll respond.
I mean, he'll write a 15,000-word response supposedly directed at your statement, but when you read it, it's apparent that the only thing he's done is prove it's possible for someone to self-fellate.

Nah, I'll talk to Chuck anytime, and he knows that. You see, Chuck actually tries to discuss things, instead of out-of-hand taking potshots at the person he's supposedly 'discussing' with.

That's why Chuck's not a jaded, bitter rube, and others are.

    There is a difference.

And I also told Chuck he clearly got the best of me in a Nash vs. Billups MVP from last year debate we had the other night.

See, it's really not that difficult for me to say I'm wrong. I do it all the time. I've said it here 1,000 times, it seems like, and I was fine, my ego survived the 'trauma.'

It's when fucknutz like you come out half-cocked and then get blown out of the water and then act surprised or can't admit YOU were wrong that leaves my pallet a bit, shall we say, unsatisfied, that I lose interest in responding to you.

    Hope that helps. :)

As soon as you try to have a reasonable discussion, then I'll join you. But even this comment is typical. It's all about praising yourself, which seems to be what you do best. And, if you go back and look at your posts, this started well before the UCLA comment on the Final Four thread. Don't make yourself out to be the victim of an unprovoked personal attack. But when someone tries to actually debate with you, you attempt to hide your insults and your self-aggrandization in 15,000-word comments. But, like most of the other people on here, I can see through your schtick.
Also, you never did answer Chuck's question about Bryant's performance against the Kings. But, I guess I shouldn't be surprised about that.
By the way, I don't need any help from you seeing through you. Posters like you are a dime a dozen on message boards.

I just want him to comment on the 13 assist game.

CT - Good game by Kobe, no doubt. That was a good game by him.

    Gimp - Cool. Fair points.

I never hold a grudges or stay upset with anyone, I was just pissed off the other night at the water trickle accumulation of bullshit comments coming my and JDV's way, so I let it rip.

You'll actually find I often try not to play myself up, I only do it when someone's fucking around with me. Case in point: In the now-defunct Jemele Hill Kobe thread, after MavRick said my rip on someone was so great, I just was like "hey, that was just an easy gopher ball to swing at."

I don't have to prove myself to anyone, I'm secure in myself and who I am. But when people pick at me too much, I start picking back. I had no idea you were SoCal until I saw the Anaheim logo. It's all good, no hate for SoCal, and I can understand wanting to defend Kobe and UCLA.

I used to live in Laguna Niguel, and did a lot of work at the old Mission in San Juan Capistrano. I love that place, OC. If I have the chance, I'll go back. I used to run games down at Laguna Beach. You get some great comp down there, and I wasn't usually on the court very long.

I have always liked the Lakers, I'm just not a Kobe guy. I think he just doesn't have 'it,' but gets treated like he's Jesus Shuttlesworth. I think the guy is just not mentally the type of guy to lead a team.

No wonder you like MMA. There's much less USA MMA without SoCal, no doubt there. :)

Oh, and Chuck and I have always gotten along, although my recent Kobe diatribes have strained that some, but I don't think either one of us (Chuck can speak for himself, of course) is going to let one guy stand in the way of our mutual love of hoops and good will towards each other.
