Right now -- the chants at US games stink. I love the English chants -- when they were losing against Germany, the chant was "Stand up if you won the war". When they played France, the chant was "If it wasn't for the English, you'd be Krauts." All we have is "U-S-A" or, if we're playing a Spanish speaking team "Estados Unidos".

    Our chants suck ass.

We played England in Chicago last year and everyone should know that the English sing God Save the Queen at some point during the game. We have the perfect response to that.

My Country Tis of Thee is sung to the same exact music (and I'm pretty sure most Americans know it). The English would've been frothing mad if we drowned them out with that tune.

Or, at the least, started the "You'd be speaking German without us" chant.

I am a BIG advocate for such activities. At this year's US games that my friends and I go to songs like this will be sung.

When I was in Lisbon for Euro 2004, the night that England lost to France on a Zizou free kick and PK, our crew of about 12 Yanks got into it with some drunk English fans (as if there is any other kind). We gave them that one. Not well received by them, but no punches thrown.

I'm a big believer in leaving the war out of it.

Not sure who that was wearing number 10 for the Nats today, but he was fantastic.

Arena was right. Games like that open a can of worms for No. 10. Where is that stuff all the time?

And I thought Michael Bradley was impressive.

He had a great touch today and made the kind of simple, bu effective passes which we usually lack. I wonder where his position will be, especially if Landon plays A-mid.

I liked the Donovan/Ching combo up top, they seemed to play off each other well, Ching is a fearless player, I really like the way he played today
