They also have a daily radio show on Sirius, which you can find as a podcast on ITunes. They talk soccer for two hours a day and have been doing it for years. I don't care for their uppity dismissals of MLS, but otherwise ...

I spent the morning tailgate watching the Chelsea/Blackburn match at my bar. We left there after a good lunch and dominoes game. We arrived about 30-seconds into the start.

It was a good game. I didn't dare stand in the rain. That just didn't make any sense, particularly since I had been starting to come down with something before then.

Good game though. Lots of fun was had that day.

Blackburn had the game -- Pederson had a wide open header at about the 80th minute and really should have scored.

  4. Sorry, MLS snob here, I just can't watch it for long periods without some horrid rash starting on the left side of my face

They have a cream for that. Apparently, part of its effect is it removes the stick from a person's ass.

Another nice benefit is that it helps people post properly when quoting someone else.

It really is a miracle elixir.

Yeah, yeah. I shouldn't have started it up.

But it's pretty crappy to, in the middle of dudes talking about enjoying their local MLS game, come on here and make some smartass remark about how watching MLS gives you a rash.

You don't like MLS? Fine, I understand. If I watch soccer from Europe or even play the FIFA video game the same day as an MLS game, the MLS game - especially if it's between, for instance, a Columbus and a Kansas City - looks slow and plodding in comparison. But by page 72, the discussion of why MLS sucks or why we support or don't support it, has long since gone the way of the dodo.

Actually, I was just expressing what I thought YOU should have said, not making a comment on your own tactics here. As in, sporting guista was snapping back with a crappy retort.

Boca Juniors legend Guillermo Barros Schelotto is set to join the Crew.

Hopefully these men have something left to give.
