And to make sure they're atop the SPL standings for a few more years, Celtic is already making moves...

Sounds like a great get for the Green side of Glasgow....

"McAllister failed to score in the 2-2 draw and missed the vital spot-kick as the Swifts lost in a penalty shoot-out."

    He'll fit in......

Eh, everybody has a bad day or two when they're that age.

I wonder if Pastor's anti-Celtic software will prevent him from seeing this photo?

Between him and Kenny Miller, Celtic will have the deadliest attack in all of Europe. Of course it will only be killing the fans of Celtic.

Yup, I don't see it. Just don't see it.

This might be the most daring shot I've ever seen...

I've seen players cross the ball like that before. Shooting, however, is remarkable.

  7. A little mustard for that hot-dog please. If this were baseball, he'd be put on his ass next time up.
    That said, quite the shot!

RBNY lost to LA Galaxy last night 3-1. Oh well.

Angel scored his first goal in MLS, which is nice. You can watch it here:

U.S. Open Cup play-in round. Whoopee!

Why do so many of the MLS teams have to "play-in"?
What kind of a tournament will it be with so many already weeded out?

The "play-in" only started this year. I find it rather laughable as well. Can it really be an "open" if it isn't?

I'm confused by it. By the preview I saw on MLSnet last night, it said they were playing into the round of 16, which doesn't really make sense to me.
