Is that before or after you'd steal his wallet?

    Interesting.

Perhaps I'll order that Arsenal Lehman for my son. ;D

He plays as aggressive as Jens without the random psychotic episodes.

Nah . . . we should do a 4-3-1-2. Flatback four, one stopper/defensive mid, two mids who can play as wingers up the flanks, a central playmaker, and two forwards. A sound formation, stout in the middle, and conducive to the forwards finding space between the defenders as the advanced mid draws the defense. It rules on FIFA for the PS2.

I'll take the central defensive midfield spot, right behind our No. 10, GB Hack. I'm not much of an offensive force, and those Damn primadonna playmakers need SOMEONE to get the ball for them.

Like most things, this one went over my head.

I always played with the number 12 or 6. So, give me either. I'll play more as the withdrawn forward. I don't like my back to the net too much, but I've got no problem lacing a shot from outside the box. And I'm very eager at pulling the trigger. I have the height and speed as well, so just feed me the ball and all will be well.

As to pricing... Webster will attest to this as well. There are outlet malls nearby. In those malls there is a Nike store. They have some of the most wonderful things for sale at times. Last month they had Arsenal kits (red with white sleeve) for $25. They had windbreakers as well. I have purchased US kits for as little as $15 at some point, although the prices don't dip that low anymore. Most recently they had the US polo shirts for $15.

I tend to venture there to see what they have about once a month. So, if you have a Nike outlet store in your area, I highly recomend venturing over to one and taking a look.

Other than that, I visit my buddies and their shop.

As Pastor mentioned, I love me some outlet stores. The Nike store has some strange choices at times, but a few weeks ago, I picked up a cool Inter t-shirt for $5 and a Barca jersey for $29. Why a 37 year old man who wears a suit 5 days a week needs these clothes isn't the issue, they were on sale.

I also picked up some great Man United t-shirts at Marshalls a couple of months back.

Yeah, Marshalls is another one. (I never wear a suit and often wear kits and shirts to work.) I picked up a Juventus long sleeve kit from there once for $15.

  8. Marshalls as in TJX's Marshalls? In the States? Never seen soccer t's there? What state please?

What does it say? I can't read it!

Yes and Jersey. It isn't all the time, but it does come up.
I found plethora of MLS kits, Wizards, Crew and DC United, at a TJ Maxx's as well.

According to the short item in this morning's USA Today, new U.S. coach Bob Bradley "said he needs his players to bond as a group to reverse the recent losing streak of American clubs in international competition."
Um, now, what losing streak is that?
The U.S. won the 2005 Gold Cup. Finished first in CONCACAF qualifying. Got eliminated in group stage in the 2006 World Cup.
So, by my count, we're in the massive losing streak of one in a row.
    Dang.

That is awesome, Twoback. I am also hoping that Bradley is able to get this team out of its massive funk and back on the right track.

Up first, the US needs to squash communism for good by defeating China on the 2nd.
