Pastor, I see your friend's shop has the Lisbon Lions jersey from Celtic available for pre-order. Has he reserved one for you? ;D

I need to visit your buddies at their shop.

The last Nike outlet I went into was in south Vegas. Nothing but Nike Soccer gear. I know of a couple others in SoCal. I'll have to hit them, but I've been to both and haven't seen anything Arsenalesque.

Yes.... for me to poop on!
They are big Celtic guys. We get some good ribbing back and forth.

I'll take the number 9. Being young I still have my sprints underneath me for 90 minutes. Always fun against some of the elder centerbacks.

Man -- I have to miss the FA Cup final due to a family thing. That make two FA Cup finals in a row for my Red Devils that I've missed -- gues I'll follow the Guardian's coverage on the sly on my Blackberry.

Prediction -- 1-0 to United. Vidic with the only goal.

Chelsea takes the FA Cup, 1-0 on a Drogba goal in extra time. From the stories in the British media, it doesn't sound like either team played top-shelf soccer.

I had no interest in watching two sets of (word is similar to bunts except starts with c) so I stayed away from the FA Cup final.

    Buncha over-hyped trash.

There was a little too much knocking it around, but the game had its moments.
Man U should not have played so conservatively, setting Rooney as a lone striker. With Chelsea's defense still makeshift -- although Essien has done an amazing job -- it would have been better to use Alan Smith the whole way.
Be interesting to see if this is it for the Special One.

What's the story on the Giggs incident? Should it have been a goal?

Giggs dove in and pushed Cech over the line. No goal.
But there was one dreadful call when Man U had a clear, steaming advantage and got called back to re-start on a midfield foul against Chelsea. One of the worst call-backs I've seen recently. Who knows whether Man U scores there?

Expendable my ass. Convey's knee injury (and subsequent operation) had a little something to do with Hunt's increased PT, let's not forget.

Do you really think a team like Reading -- one with legitimate European hopes while facing the dreaded Second Season -- will go through the campaign with one reliable left winger? Utter nonsense.
