All-purpose, running Tim Tebow sucks/is a deity thread!

The Broncos won four games last year. They were 1-4 this year.

    That's lousy.

The only way this gets better is if you calmly explained your position on the stats, but she interrupted by yelling "FOURTH QUARTER BABY!!!!!" and doing the Rudy Huxtable touchdown dance.

Tebow fits his team's strength because he doesn't turn the ball over. He is a 3-and-out machine, but he doesn't turn it over. Denver won because the Bears were held to 10 points, not because the offense finally found a way to score in the fourth quarter. This has been true throughout the streak.

But unlike earlier in the season, with Tebow, they can run clock with the running game to shorten the game and they minimize the times they give the opponent short fields, which puts the defense in a more advantageous position.

He's Trent Dilfer with more prayer. Maybe he's praying for fewer 3-and-outs and for a way to move the football before the 2-minute warning.

To his credit, he looked like Joe Montana in the last couple drives yesterday. He went from 11 straight incompletions to like 12 of 13 during one stretch.

Yeah, at some point, maybe he should be criticized for playing so poorly to start games, rather than praised for finishing strong.

NEW YORK (AP) -- In a statistical change, the NFL announced that God is now being credited with a tackle for pushing Marion Barber out of bounds late in the fourth quarter of Chicago's 13-10 loss to Denver on Sunday.

And because the Bears sat back in a fucking prevent defense late in the game.

Oh, and because Marion Barber is a fucking ham-handed douchebag.

What they were doing involved pass rushing defensive linemen who weren't too gassed to do anything.

Yep. He had ridiculous amounts of time to throw in the fourth quarter. Even on the sack-fumble, he stood in the pocket for, I swear, five minutes.

Broncos have given up 15 points or fewer in six of the eight games Tebow has played.

    That's not lousy.

All to yield the team 13 points in a span of what? 4 1/2 quarters?

He's a bad QB running a bad offense. But he doesn't turn it over and he allows you to be more effective with your running game. On a team with a fantastic defense, that will get you into the playoffs.
