    Another mp3 player...with as many as are on here, I can't believe there are a ton of people out there who still don't have one.

    Got there just in time to miss the mp3.
    Checked from home this a.m., saw the HD (and almost bought it), didn't clue in to the woot off at the time.

    With those DVD recorders, is that recording stuff off TV onto a DVD? How does that work? (Not that I could buy one now, anyway. Just curious.)

    I want a DVD player that will make my old DVDs look better on my high def tv. Will this do it?

    I just bought the phones. We still have my wife's from before we were married and they are huuuurrrtttiiiinnngggggg. Sports Junkies reference.

    When Katrina hit, landlines were the only way to communicate for the people of NO.

    Cell phones jam up in emergencies. Land lines do not. Plus, no static.

    Good point on emergencies, but I've never had static. I guess I just haven't been able to justify paying the money for one.
