1. They, unless I'm wildly mistaken, never run past Friday. So it'll end sometime today.
2. They just had a BoC a few weeks ago. I'll be stunned if there's one in this wootoff.

Edit: Last wootoff (Oct. 25) ended with a BoC. Before that the last few wootoffs didn't have a BoC. So, again, if you're just handing out waiting for the bandolier, you'll likely be disappointed.

I've gotten a few. Sometimes you get just junk, but once I got a portable TV, which was pretty cool. Not everyone gets the same thing in a given Bandolier of Carrots. Sometimes, one lucky winner will get a big screen or something.
