Last night's episode was really solid. After that, I'm not sure they wrap up Rosie's case next week.

I'm with FJ. I think the assistant -- or whatever he is -- did it or knows who did.

Yup. It will be back. The end of that last episode made the hair stand up on my neck. My wife wasn't even watching it and was freaking out from the dining room. She's going to watch all of the episodes online before the finale.

My guess is that there is one more twist. It could come just seconds into the finale. They set up one character to be the killer, but we don't know that the guy is alone in the house. That email could be open because someone else was using the computer. And that could be just about any of the characters with ties to the political stuff.

I'm going out on a limb to say that I still think it's the teacher. Maybe he was using the service and killed Rosie because she recognized him and would tell on him. The politician obviously has some issues with his dead wife. So we can't rule out that guy. His male assistant has seemed a little off all season. I wouldn't be surprised to see him revealed as the killer. And he could definitely be in the politician's house. The wealthy dude with a penchant for young girls also could be the bad guy. And don't forget that the politician's assistant agreed to fool around with the young girls in the rich guy's house.

There's one thing that has troubled me about the whole series. In the first episode, I seem to recall that a woman was running through the woods with someone chasing her. And they had a spotlight, which is sometimes used for hunting at night. I got the impression that it was a game, and that someone was killing her for sport. If that's the case, it opens the door to lots of possibilities.

Pretty easy to swerve on Richmond. He is Orpheus, but Orpheus isn't the killer. The call girl probably misinterpreted his grief over his wife as a threat.

I don't see any way it's the teacher at this point, Heineken.
The idea about maybe somebody else being at Campbell's place is interesting. But the photos the mayor showed up with, that seem to confirm Campbell as a client of the escort service, would indicate that he is "Orpheus." Not at all sure there won't be some final twist that will reveal he might have partied with the girl but didn't kill her, though.
If he killed her, why in the world would he be so stupid as to put her body in the trunk of one of his campaign cars? I still think, somehow, the mayor killed her or had her killed, maybe BECAUSE he had these photos of Campbell and thought he could win the election by impugning, then maybe outright framing Campbell.

The girl running through the woods was Rosie.

After being thrown off by the previous week's episode about Jack going missing, I have to say this one was riveting. It's like a roller coaster ride in the dark (Space Mountain) where you think you see the dots connecting clearly (Drexler, the sleezy billionaire and campaign donor even fits the description of Orpheus) only to have those e-mails pop up in Richmond's place.

The only other thing I have seen Billy Campbell in is "Enough," when he played the abusive husband of Jennifer Lopez. He was scary in that one so whenever I see him on screen I have that image of him, which made it easy for me to believe that he was the guilty one on this show. But I agree, that's too easy of a solution now. I think we are in for one more unexpected twist ad I have no idea what it will be.

Yup. You folks have a good point. He probably is Orpheus. I forgot about the photos. It will be interesting to see how they pull off the big twist. The teacher was such a big part of this. They drew us to him and led us away from him. I can see them bringing us back to him for a big shocker. Perhaps he was angry to learn about her affair. Plus, he has that connection to the politician. We can't forget about that.

If that was Rosie running through the woods, it seems unlikely that the person chasing her would have that big light unless he planned ahead and knew he would be tracking her through the woods. If it's a game, it could involve multiple people.

I'm going to drive myself bonkers trying to figure this one. I think I'll just let them shock me on Sunday. In fact, a few weeks ago nobody would have suspected that Rosie's death had some connection to an Native American casino, where she worked as an escort. They can spin this in any direction right now, and I'm probably kidding myself if I think I can solve it.

I've thought from the jump that little weasel working for the politician might be the killer. I think he did it because he really is working for the mayor and trying to make the councilman look bad in the process.

Either he or Gwen is the killer.

No offense to Rosie's aunt, but she was a little long in the tooth and broken down for high price escort material.

And was Rosie a hooker/escort? So why would she go to the casino? After if she was a frequent visitor, why did she need to write down the ferry time?

Also -- not getting the feeling that Linden is really that obsessed.

The show is a solid C-plus right now.

Weren't the pictures of her from an ATM at the casino?

Webster, I agree. Why would she write down the ferry name if she had been to the casino numerous times?

I'm confused about a few things. If Rosie was dumping money into an account, whose account was it? And what the hell happened to the money in her parents' account. It appears to have disappeared.
