I felt the same way when I read it this morning. There's so much wrong with the show that it's tough to pinpoint some of the most egregious stuff. But Dan did a nice job of picking out some highlights.

So we're down to the girlfriend and the campaign aid with two eps left.
I'm putting my money on some character they only introduce at the end of tonight's episode.
I still don't understand the Mitch storyline - I'm guessing the actress just wasn't available when they shot the season and they shot her stuff earlier or later.

That last episode was so riddled with stupid oversights that I almost want to find the writers and directors and slam their heads against my wall instead of using my own. A teenage girl could give a fuck less about some politicians trying to cash in on a land deal. Buy her a fucking iPad and give her a ride home.

Thank God it's over. Only reason HC & I watched it because we were waiting for Mad Men

I was actually surprised at some of the emotional resonance of the last episode.

I was really disappointed that Rosie's death was essentially a result of randomness, literally being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Cannot believe I watched this for two seasons...

So can Linden go change her sweater now?

  10. FWIW, the actor (Brandon Jay McLaren) who played the teacher turned up as a resistance fighter in the second season premiere of Falling Skies.

Exactly. It's unlikely she heard any of it or would be able to understand it even if she did. Also Super 8 cameras are great at capturing clandestine political meetings!

Too funny. I guess they couldn't risk a tweet from a teenager... about what the indian chief lady was wearing.
