    Tonight has been pretty bland.

I am near the point of being ready to give up on the show. There was the great pilot, then that brief stretch at the end of Season 2 and beginning of Season 3, basically from the episode Dale died through the episode Lori died, but otherwise it just hasn't been worthwhile. It has been taxing to watch the past three or four weeks, and I don't have connections to any of the characters. They've even broken my love of Daryl recently.

I won't stop watching, but tonight's episode was fucking ponderous.

The zombie curbstomp was the only redeeming quality.

I'm in agreement that the show has become tedious to watch and has reached the "Oh, is that on tonight? stage.

I think a big boost would be kill off Andrea and then go on the road again. They seem to have better shows when they're on the move, in my opinion.

Oh, and what's with Sara Wayne Callies still being the second name in the opening credits? Her character's dead! Why is that still there?

It probably means more (ugh) flashbacks.

I thought the episode was pretty good.

Not fantastic, but still better than "Oh where did my child go" in Season 2

It set up a lot of things, which is good. I just wanted to see Rick, Merle and Daryl kill their way back into the prison -- or something like that.

I actually liked the episode. It had good storytelling and opened the show to the next chapter. Some game pieces got moved around with Tyrese in Woodbury and we saw some closure between Andrea and both Michonne and the prison crew. It's not going to be in the Top 10 of all the shows, but it wasn't awful.

For those that watch...Talking Dead can't seem to find a happy-medium of content. I thought the 30-minute show was too short...but he hour-long draaaags. Although, it seems to only drag really bad when there is no cast member or someone behind the scenes on. I don't care what random C-list celebs think of the show.

If there is a zombie apocalypse, I hope Talking Dead is where it starts. That show is raw ass.

I don't much care for all the celebs they bring on the show, but I loved it when CM Punk was on there in the first half of the season.

I haven't noticed a single celebrity. Which character was CM Punk?
