Actually, I want her to kill the Governor and Rick to kill her.

 

I'd rather the opposite because I don't want her ruse to be successful. I want her to go out as a failure.

 

How 'bout she gets horrifically eaten by a zombie horde?

 

I meant that those things would occur in the same sequence. She kills the Governor, turns around and is killed by Rick, who finally realizes how much she fucked his group over. A drop-the-mic moment.

 

1. The Gov told Rick all he cares about is Michonne; Rick is of no consequence to him (in response to what Gov told Rick).

2. Tyrese told Gov he found a way into the prison, so Gov does know there's a back door entrance, so to speak. Would be handy in a surprise raid. As long as walkers weren't everywhere.

 

And you honestly believe that?

I thought they sealed that part of the prison off?

 

Didn't the Governor tell the nerdy lieutenant that he was going to kill Rick no matter what?

 

Oh, heck no. But someone didn't remember what the Gov said. Merely passing along the info.

 

Yes. Actually said he wanted everyone else dead but Michonne taken alive.

 

This is true but I'm guessing Woodbury has more bullets than the prison does. All they'd need to do is keep attacking til Rick's group runs out of ammo.

 

It's not foregone that they all die. But odds are some of them will, even if they win. And Rick saw how many people are in Woodbury. He knows what they're up against.

 

Reading this, I actually pictured Rick shooting Andrea, holding out his gun at arm's length and dropping it and then saying, "I'm out," before he casually walked away from her dying body as a horde of zombies swarmed to feast on her while smoke still rose out of the barrel of his discarded gun.
