    That looks pretty interesting.
Thanks for the heads up on it.

Haven't watched yet. My fear is that it's going to stray too far into M. Night Shamalamadingdong territory, but I'm going to give it a chance.

Hoping The Guv bites it in the mid-season finale next week.

Not gonna happen. I'm wondering how far they push things next episode. I still think Carol may play a role in what happens with the Governor and the prison from here.

I've got the French series set to record. Looks interesting.

I might be losing interest in 'Walking Dead.'

I thought last night's episode was a bit of a letdown from last week but, as the gap-filler from then to the finale, it makes sense that we'd get an episode that was largely filler.
I did love the scene where the Governor was looking at the guy he killed standing in the water looking up at him. Thought that was a really cool and cold-blooded way to off someone.
I'm looking forward to next week. Anyone want to take a guess at which major character bites it? (Because, let's be honest, we all know someone is).
My bet is on Beth though I don't know if she can be considered a major character at this point. I'll say this though: If Carol shows up, she's a goner. Absolutely.

My (reluctant) guess: Herschel. And he'd join Merle among those I'm most sad to see go.

I don't know if they'll go that route or not. It seems like, from what I've read, they really took an emotional hit when they offed Dale last year and Herschel seems to be the last remaining piece of optimism they have in that camp. If they do kill him, I'd be surprised if it happens this week. But, who knows? The midseason finales are usually when the craziest things happen.

I think they'll kill off several of the unknowns or newbies and say "look we killed off major characters."

I think AMC realizes this is the one show they can treat as a cash cow so they craft episodes w/o a lot of recurring characters so they don't have to pay them their weekly per episode rate, they bring in characters for an episode or two and then kill them off before people grow attached.
I find it hard to believe the actors who have been with the show for more than a year are pleased with the lack of character/plot development in favor of more zombie kills.

This season has been Disease, Rick snaps out of it (kinda), Carol goes rogue and is banished, Governor returns. That's it.

Wonder if there's any rounds left in that tank that Kirk Acevedo's character has?

The element of disease was an interesting story idea. It just dragged on too long.
I'm sick of Rick's battles with his conscience.

I'm still a little ticked off they brought in Kerry Condon for one episode, covered her in muck so we couldn't get a look at her and then killed her:

    I like Kerry Condon.
