AMC's The Walking Dead

I'm guessing no, or that battle would be over really quick.

 

Oh...look...token hot lesbians.

 

How that came up in the show was just ... odd. Governor and his girl were talking about the pros and cons of staying and leaving, and the girlfriend brings up the fact that her sister has this person -- I forget her name -- in her life now.

 

They had shown the two of them going off together before that.

 

I guess I didn't notice it much then. Had to watch the last viewing at 3 a.m. after work (no DVR) and might have dozed off a time or two.

 

The freshly minted lesbian relationship really is going to piss off Tyreese, making it harder than ever for him to find his next date.

 

Waiting for Carol or the one crazy black dude with all the ammunition to come back and save the day. Or in classic Rick fashion, maybe they gather up some zombies and let them out in the woods before/during the fight to make the Governor's new army fight on two fronts.

 

Well, nobody can complain about a lack of action tonight. I'm sure there will be some kind of complaints, but not from me.

 

Other than the two big deaths, I have nothing to complain about.

A very well done episode.

 

And still ... wow.

 

Loved Herschel's reaction to Rick's speech, even though it was pretty easy to predict it wouldn't work.

 

Given his arc in recent eps, it was bound to happen. I think this is the new show runner's way of "starting fresh."
But man - some bad shots in the shootout.
Watching Talking Dead now, Lauren Cohan's semi-British accent is fantastic. US-born, moved to the UK in her teens.
