AMC's The Walking Dead

That was f**king intense.

 

Yep. And nice little ending, too.

 

Zombies on fire. Oh my.

 

Thank god I watch Talking Dead. I thought the episode was over and then, boom, MAJOR shocker.

 

Well, now I have a clear No. 2 most disturbing scene in the history of this show.

Did anybody recognize the first guy they hit at the trough? I had no idea until they mentioned it on Talking Dead, but we had seen him before on the show.

And schiez, I don't think it was a shocker, but I'm glad I hung around to see that last scene.

 

I think the guy was either 1.) with the crazy chick in the woods that had a pet zombie she was feeding people to or 2.) Was with the group that Carol and Rick met up with in the neighborhood in the episode where Rick banishes Carol.
Not quite sure yet.
And I think it's a MAJOR shocker in that it happened at a moment when most people probably assumed the show was over (That's the first time there's been a post-tease shot, no?) and that it was a character I definitely did not see coming back or even being minutely mentioned this early in the season.
But honestly he's one of my favorite characters of the show, even though he's only been in a couple of episodes so maybe it's a bigger shock to me than most.
Still, fantastic episode. Just fantastic episode.

 

Saw the beginning of that last scene and originally thought it was some spoof intro for Talking Dead. I am glad that I didn't flip the channel.

 

A friend of mine turned the channel and missed it. Sucks to be her.

 

I missed whatever y'all are talking about and I just deleted the episode. Crap.

 

The only thing notable about the scene is the character in it. Feel free to PM me if you'd like to know (Way too early to be spoiling it). Or you could record or watch the replay, which should have just started.

 

I agree that it was surprising to see another scene. I just wasn't surprised to see the character again.

As to your guesses, did you miss the first segment on Talking Dead? That's the only reason I know who it was.

 

Nah. I heard it on TD but I was only half paying attention/half texting people about the episode so I only briefly caught what they were saying. Couldn't remember which character it was (In fairness, I haven't rewatched the first three seasons in a long time so a lot of the stuff before last year is foggy)
