I hate to be THAT GUY but c'mon, of course Sophia was in the barn.

I was thinking we'd find out there was a full family in the barn -- the family that actually owned the farm, making Herschel a sinister, squatter fraud.

I'm surprised the dude that Shane capped in the knee wasn't the guy they dragged out of the swamp.

Kirkman said in his weekly EW.com interview that he hoped they could surprise everyone with Sophia coming out of the barn.

Also, the dude Shane capped in the knee, Otis, is done. The only thing left of that guy is bones. He was devoured. Zombies eat until everything is consumed. Most, in fact almost all, of the walkers we see are simple bite victims, not walker meals. I just don't see how Otis will ever return.

The ending was great, but I wish Dale had shot Shane, who is an epic asshole.

But Shane is awesome. He's probably my favorite character now.

Why do we have to have a mid season break? That's nuts.

It was a good ending, and I'm glad the Sophia deal is finished.

I, too, wish Dale had shot Shane.

I guess because the holidays are starting. I'm also assuming the first show will be the Sunday after the Super Bowl.

The Super Bowl is the first Sunday in February, correct? If so, then the new season starts the next Sunday.

We weren't surprised Sophia came back as a zombie. My wife thought she could be in the barn, too. But it was still a good episode and a nice touch, the right touch to end that awfully lonnnngggggg storyline. And to have the group mercilessly blow away walkers that were family and friends of the farm family, then sit in shock when their little Sophia came out and do nothing, was great.

Does Rick regain control for being the one who stepped up and shot Sophia? When is the Rick/Shane showdown? February seems a long way off.

Did Rick ever lose control of anyone but Shane? It seems like most of the group got that he was just doing what was best for the group the whole time. Only Shane went off the rails.

So when do we get the Sophie flashback episode? :p

Also, I like the already-mentioned plot twist idea that would have the real owners of the farm among the Walkers in the barn.
