    Duh! Zombie orgy.

By the way....DO NOT google that term. I'm sure Rule 34 applies.

Does anyone read Robert Kirkman's post-episode interviews at EW.com?

They are usually quite interesting and he gives you an idea of what goes into the writers' thought processes. I get excited when I read them sometimes because they make sense. But then you remembered the episode and you realized the ideas never quite translated to the TV.

    For example:

See, that all sounds good, but did you really feel that way about Dale? Sure, he made points about keeping humanity, but did the writers do a good enough job to show us? And how much will this death mean to the characters? Can the writers actually show us, not tell us, that?

Let's see how much the writers stick to this "how will it affect" X in X episodes down the road. My eyes are on that. Show us, then tell us when it's right.

Also, it's clear that Dale had little in the way of survival instincts. He was standing around with a rifle slung over his back when it was clear there was a threat present. He wouldn't have time to aim his weapon at anything in a situation like that.

I kept thinking of Dale's discussion of this very topic with Shane. Even he knew he wouldn't last long in a world like this.

  6. Maybe I missed this in the opening episodes, but was anyone else shocked by the revelation that Andrea was a civil rights lawyer?

Goes along with what we've said about T-Dog. Truly the token black guy.

I wasn't shocked, per se, but I don't remember that being mentioned earlier.

And, really, it's time they do something with T-Dog. First, it's annoying that his name is "T-Dog." If they were going to come up with some stereotypical black guy nickname, couldn't they have put a little more thought into it? What names did they reject? Ice Dog? Lil Puppy? MC Canine? Jeez. They could have at least named him Marcus or Jamal.

I mean, how can they just keep bringing this guy to the set and not giving him something to do? They can't think of a single line of dialogue or have him build a single relationship with someone who is in the group? It's been almost two seasons and all he's done is get cut and nearly die of an infection.

He did get his ass kicked by Merle. Those two had a scene together after that, with Merle handcuffed to a pipe, which is about as much of a conversation as anybody has had with T-Dog in the entire series.

A guy at work has read the books. I think the spoiler cone of silence is on about discussing the books directly.

But from what he's said and from what spoilers have leaked, things look to be lining up pretty consistent.

I seem to recall T-Dog going on a little rant to Dale about how he was the token black guy and that usually doesn't end up well. I might be imaging that, but sure does sound familiar (when he was hurt and Dale was trying to get him meds/water).

Not to mention, they showed that it was a full moon.
If you've ever been in a fairly rural area, especially an open field, when there's a full moon, you know what that means. It might as well have been high noon. You can see for miles.
Only thing I can give the writers is, it looked like there was some tall grass. Maybe the walker was hiding in it or concealed by it.
