AMC's The Walking Dead

I had a bigger issue with the way the scene was shot than anything else. I didn't care for that tricked-up shot with the Governor in the background and the two Guardsman going down in tandem in the foreground. Looked forced (and fake) and didn't fit with the vibe of the episode, or really, the show.

Would've been more powerful if they just mowed them down without getting cute about how they shot it.

 

Probably. And it could've been over in two seconds. A quick way to show these people are pretty deadly.

 

It looked as if the Gov. was staring at his own head at the end of the episode. Couldn't make out the head in the jar, but it kind of looked like him. Creepy.

 

Pretty damn certain it was the pilot they rescued.

 

It was.

 

Oh shit.

 

Yeah, it was the pilot. That bandage near his right eye gave it away. His eyes and mouth were moving, too!

All of those heads are essentially "alive" because the brains aren't crushed.

Maybe it's zombie grass and therefore doesn't grow.

 

I think I came across some zombie grass in high school.

 

Dude, some zombies are vegetarians.

 

Mind. Blown.

Also, if this season (with the inclusion of the Governor) even remotely follows the comic, things are about to get really badass.
