Thoughts:
-Jordin is my fave, she wasn't perfect tonight but it was still fun.
-Melinda reminds me of Whoopi Goldberg from Sister Act. She will be a great professional singer, but she is no Idol. She's too old and lounge singer-like.
-Sanjaya scared me. You couldn't even understand the words. Simon said the perfect thing about him, that it didn't matter what they said anymore.
-Gwen was really cute. I loved her makeup.
-How could Gina walk in that dress? I have never seen something so tight.

I love how Blake does 311's cover of the Cure then gets credit for his originiality. I'm pretty sure none of the judges ever heard that version.

Still, Blake's my man to win this thing.

 

Just watched it on DVR. Random thoughts

* Gwen Stefani, back to blonde hair, looked goregous.
* Chris Sleigh's worst performance yet -- hasn't improved one bit.
* Agreed with Simon tabbing Blake Lewis as the guy's favorite, which isn't saying much.
* Lakisha and Melinda -- really, who cares? You know they're going to be solid performers but how 'bout a Jordin-Blake finale.
* I liked Chris Richardson's bounce back.
* Thought Jordin was solid -- definitely the most improved. She makes the final 3, minimum.
* Finally, Sannajjajajaja. A damn joke. Like Simon said, what they think is no longer revelant. An embarassment to the show.

 

I just saw Sanjaya.
I almost had to look away, it was that uncomfortable.
