american idol -- 3/20 -- possible spoilers??

If SportsJournalists.com were the only voters I have a feeling Haley and porn girl would be in the top four.

 

If Haley performed Monday like she performed at the end of tonight's show, she'd be on again next week.

Not saying she didn't deserve to go, she wasn't that good. But I'm befuddled at how talentless hacks like Chris, Phil and (of course) Sanjaya remain on the show.

Weakest. Season. Ever.

 

Not sure about that -- remember the finals matchup of Fantasia and Diana DeGarmo? Uggh. There are 4 people left I'd take over either of those two.

 

um, didn't the two left standing last year kind of... sort of.... really suck?

 

No. At least I didn't think so...

But since I didn't get to see last night's episode and got to see tonight's, I laughed quite a bit at Vajayjay's Dirty Sanchez

 

I'm with you. There's a reason I never watch this show live. I fast forward through most all the crap and watch only the times when Sechrist goes through the safe/not safe portion. That's it. Takes 10 minutes, tops.

I'm guessing Haley wore pants because of last night's comments by Simon. That she's gone doesn't surprise me. That Sanjaya didn't make the bottom three didn't surprise me given that I called the bottom three.

Sanjaya doing country night next week ... oh, the possibilities are endless.

 

When I saw that it was an hour show, I watched something else and then Tivoed my way through it in about 10 minutes...

I agree that this season is pretty weak. I only started watching the show toward the end of Season 2, but Season 3 was definitely worse. I agree that the final two last season were pretty weak, but hell, the fourth place finisher is multi-platinum and has the No. 1 album in the country, so I'd say he's done pretty well...

I must admit the whole Sanjaya thing has me more interested in the show... I think all of the support he's getting is truly hilarious. I'll bet he can hang around another two weeks or so. I think he'll outlast Phil and Chris Richardson... I don't know if VFTW and Stern can vote him past Jordin, LaKisha, Blake and Melinda, so I'm predicting that he finishes fifth... Still hilarious...

 

We can only hope...

 

I agree, the Sanjaya stuff used to make me mad but now I am truly entertained by him. I have been trying to bet people that he will win.

 

I'm glad I missed the episode from the sounds of this board. I am also glad that Hailey the whore is gone.

 

I think calling her a whore is pretty harsh, spup... she might dress to show a lot of skin, but it seems to me there are worse singers in the music industry today making a lot of coin....

 

What was interesting to me was the reaction from the other Idols regarding Haley.

Last week -- Gina and Haley in the bottom two, Gina off, other Idols look shocked, cry, hug Gina.

This week -- Haley voted off, Phil barely acknowledges her, no hugs, no tears.

I think it's safe to say she was not liked by her fellow competitors.
