What's next, Beatles or Abba? If it's Beatles, Blake's in the final 2. If Abba, he could be gone, tho Take a Chance on Me would be suited for beatbox.

How about the works of Marky Mark or branch it out to the entire family Wahlberg? C&C Music Factory? or seriously why don't they do birth years of the singers

HA!! That's EXACTLY what I thought. I was trying to riff on that here but my wife had never seen the skit so it was on deaf ears. Or blind eyes. Or both.

I thought Barry Gibb did a nice job on To Love Somebody, one of my favorite Bee Gees songs. I for one would like to see grunge week on Idol some year, to see one of the females tackle Seether.

  5. I feel kinda bad for her because, like I said before in this thread, I think she was the only one of the four who NEEDED this contract. And she had talent, but sadly for her, Doolittle is a MUCH better singer, Blake is a MUCH better performer, and Jordan looks MUCH better and is the most well-rounded and marketable of the bunch, outside of Blake. That's why my personal favorite, Doolittle, will likely leave next week and Jordan and Blake, the most marketable of the bunch, will be in the final two. I don't think Lakisha will sign any kind of a contract, but Doolittle will likely have a very nice career in Gospel or another genre outside of pop. Blake and Jordan will no doubt get record deals either way.

And, BTW, that beard on Gibb is just plain aweful! He has mosr missing spots than covered spots.

Indeed. America is so full of screamin' racists that 40 percent of past Idol winners have been African-American and 75 percent of the artists to reach this year's final four were African-American.
Your sister in law is a racist? That's a shame.
There are 300 million people in this country. I'd expect to find a racist or two.

I thought it was pretty bad last season when Elliot Yamin made the Final 3, but he was a stellar pick compared to Blake, who is absolutely fucking dreadful...

If I'm the Idol producers who will be marketing the winner's first album, I am praying that Jordin wins...
