Come the fuck on, Clarkson has incredible range, plus a smoky/husky bass effect she can toss in there.

Clarkson has... clearly... the best range and voice.

And, in 20 years she will still be around.

 

Regarding the size of the Kodak Theater, they should just put Ollie on Strap's shoulders and measure it...
