    No worries. Text remains a terrible medium for conveying tone and intent, no matter how much SJ Deep Lore one invokes.

    I'm not a doctor, but I know from second-hand experience (my dad) that there are such good things as good days and bad days with dementia. If you're going to take one press availability as proof of stability amid so many other indications of cognitive instability, you may be assuming too much.

    If I get Alzheimer’s, I want my family to put me in a home and forget about me. No visits where they leave crying because I don’t know them anymore. Just collect my body when I’m dead, cremate me and scatter my ashes.
