AnnArbor.com - editorial board's massive, epic fail

    From what I just saw, the readers were very pointed in their criticisms, including eliminating coverage of high school sports. Obviously, AnnArbor.com is dealing with a very intelligent readership. Trying to pull one over on those readers, or acting like they're not intelligent, is a big mistake. That sure looks like what AnnArbor.com is doing.

    You'll never get anyone at any publication to admit the readership is as smart as or smarter than they are.

    Some of that cockiness is acceptable as a belief that news is being provided. Most of it is not a good thing.
