Statute of limitations can be set aside if it is shown to be part of a pattern that continued into the present 5-year window. If they can trace this all the way back to Choo Choo Justice, they can use it.

I think it's safe to say that UNC didn't have an AFAM studies dept. when Choo-Choo was around.

Forde and Poz should go to Chapel Hill and continue their jock-sniffing tour.

    I think that's a safe assumption
Nah, they can stay away as far as I'm concerned.

So this is out, now. It's been an open secret in Chapel Hill for awhile.

Then, let's all give major props to Chapel Hill news outlets for their stellar work on this story.

All I know is that I knew of the Kupec-Hansbrough relationship at least two years ago. I do have something of an inside connection, but not that inside. If I knew of it, then plenty of other people knew of it.

you only get $95,000 for fucking your boss and having your kid lead the basketball team? That seems low.

Perhaps the idea was a salary less than six figures would attract less attention. More than $100,000 tends to jump off the page for anybody perusing the ledger.

Really surprising since Roy ran such a clean program at KU and didn't leave any kind of stink trail at all.
