Right, that's what I said. If he hadn't been the department chair, I don't think he could have pulled it off. Interesting that he's now supposedly cooperating with the new investigation when he has refused to cooperate in any of the previous ones. Then again, I don't trust a single word that comes from his particular attorney.

On one hand, the transcipt explained on ESPN's OTL was supposedly his. OTOH, this is McCants ... and your possibility can't be ruled out.
