    Thompson's a badass. So's Dempsey. Spears does a lot of Nuggets work with the beat writer. Almost like two beat writers for the team. Dempsey would be great on the NBA beat. When he's not doing CU, he does national college basketball. Works his ass off. And yeah, the News isn't traveling. They don't have a Sunday paper, so they wanted to save money. They will still travel for Nebraska and bowl games, because Nebraska is on Friday and bowl games are whenever.

    And the Post got better when Adam went to the Nuggets and Dempsey went to the Post. Not because Adam wasn't on CU, but because they had more great writers than they had before.

    So obviously I'm a little biased.
