I think we need a mission statement.

    And stickers.

    Got to have stickers.

Why don't you ask your darlings why they've spent the country into oblivion, 180 degrees
    opposite legitimate conservative doctrine . . . .

I have the answer, but will be fascinated to see yours.

  4. The deficit in comparison to GNP is at one of the lowest levels in 30 years. Right now our deficit pending is about 1.9% of GNP which historically speaking is very good.

It is because the Bush tax cuts stimulated so much business that the revenues have risen to record levels that throws you off.

You're wrong...the debate over stem cell research is about government funding of it, at least in large part. It's amazing that so many people have been hoodwinked into believing otherwise. And even if I grant you that some would like legislation to make ESC research illegal, they haven't been successful to any degree.

The rest of your post wasn't necessary, but thanks anyway.

Too bad the deficit figures don't include the full bill for Fredo's war fantasia, including
all those lush profits for all of those aforementioned cronies . . . out of my pocket -- and yours . . .
unless, of course, you're in on the play.

  7. And the government should not fund stem-cell research, why?
Because a clump of cells is sacred?
    Wonderful.
Deficits, apparently, are great, too. Especially, if you don't count the war.
    It's a glorious new morning.

I've already explained it to you at least twice before. How many times are you going to keep asking me the same thing?

Jack, I'm not being a smartass. What was your answer?

  12. I think the answer was a) the government screws everything up and b) it might not really work.
If I'm wrong, I hope he'll enlighten me.
