Any Taco Tico fans on board here?

I'd say Taco Tico and Taco John are roughly to Taco Bell what Jack In the Box or Smashburger is to McDonald's. Not fine dining, but a notch up in the fast food game.

Cincinnati Spaghetti is perfect drunk food. Provided you don't pass out during preparation.

I've had Smashburger once. At the Manhattan, KS spot this past summer. Had the big burger with an egg on it. Very good. Never had Jack in the Box yet. Had Five Guys also. Burger was good. Fries were awesome.

Popped my Smashburger cherry at the same spot in Manhattan last fall. Was impressed. About on par, maybe a small step down, from Five Guys.

Don't worry about Jack in the Box. I've eaten it 3 times in my life, at 3 different locations. Every time it gave me explosive diarrhea.

Jack should not be consumed sober or when other options are available.

No Taco Ticos in the Dallas area, but then again the Tex-Mex market is pretty much saturated.

If by saturated, you mean on every freaking street corner in town.....then yes.

I wonder if the people who freak out about Cincinnati chili realize there's no spaghetti sauce involved? Just chili (plus cheese plus onions, except none for me thanks) over plain noodles.

It's the cheese that gets me. I like cheese, but not 15 pounds at once.

New England sucks for fast food. There are no regional chains that I can think of and the smaller national chains, except for the burrito places, are either absent or barely present.
