Asking manager for a raise

    I kind of do. Glassdoor doesn't really reveal much because my role is niche.

    Like I said earlier, I do know some of my coworkers' salaries range from the low $70s to high $90s - low $100s. Most of us have the same job title. It's a bit crazy. The only difference would be a year or so of experience.

    That's the research I'm working off.
