    Correction ...

    Patrick was hired to the desk to replace a rimmer who was promoted to ASE.

    This is a new opening, created recently when the old ASE took a job at ESPN.

    News and free press have both been AMs for about 10 years.

    Freep took over the Sunday section 2 or so years ago
