I hate when that happens to me.

As I've posted before, I'm a big fan of the Phyto line of hair products. If you have fine hair that tends to frizz in the humidity, Phyto is great. I take breaks from it because it's expensive, though.

If your hair dries out in the winter, go through a bottle of the Phyto shampoo with jojoba oil... thank me later.

BTW I've concluded the YSL concealer is no better than drugstore brand - what a bummer.

There are obviously some advantages to balding and the above issues are ones I never have to worry about. :)

I just figured with all y'all spending so much time talking about makeup, that surely the calendar photo shoot had to be just around the corner.

Man oh man, I am also a disgrace to the gender. There's a whole gamut of ways to spend your money out there (and spend your time) that I had no clue about.

My extensive shoe wardrobe consists of four or five of [IMG],

a whole bunch of [IMG] in all the colour combinations you can think of.

    A whole bunch of [IMG]

and one classic pair of Manolos [IMG]

that actually don't even hurt my feet, surprising considering the above-mentioned mainstays.

The skin-care regime is Ivory soap and Nivea, with a jar of LaMer expiring as we speak in my medicine cabinet.

When makeup and hair are needed, I leave it to the professionals.

I guess girls come in all varieties. ;D

Don't feel bad, Birdscribe. My shoes are Ryka tenners, a pair of black leather ankle boots I got at Famous Footwear on clearance, a pair or two of Aerosole flats (for dress up) and a couple pairs of Kroc knock-offs.

No flip-flops though. I can't stand anything between my toes. Yuck.

That's the beauty of being a girl, there's no wrong way to do it.

I like products and buy a lot of them, but I've been wearing the same pair of "favorite" sandals from Payless for seven years.

Once had a boyfriend who bitched about my spending on products, so I told him to compare my spending to his DVD habit. He spent more, by a mile. It's just a matter of what you're into.

I have the same pair of skates as Flash!

I'm generally a very girlie girl, down to the shoes and the baking and the crafting, yet I only get my hair done about 4 times a year and I've had it dyed once.

Here are my skates - used for speed skating. Though, my wheels are light blue. :)

Ladies I say we keep this thread going...

I'm going to start a Project Runway thread... hope to see you all there.

If you don't watch the show, please watch it :) , Tivo it, whatever... Even if you don't like clothes, there's enough cattiness to keep everybody interested.
