Ditto that. I have friends who have left work because of cramps.

I used to have abnormal periods every once in a while. Every six months or so my period would come reaalllllyyy late. A couple years ago, when it finally came Dr. J got so drunk at dinner he told our waitress the whole story.

I've been on some sort of the pill since I was 12. I have horrendous PMS. I've got the cramping (bad enough that I've been known to bend at the waist in pain) and the mood swings and all that, but I also get what can only be described as morning sickness during my period. I will throw up and gag at the sight of certain foods and just generally be nauseous.

It's a new niche product by the people who put out Modern Luxury magazine in about a dozen different cities. It's just a way to put the same content online, but double-dip on the ad revenue and views for the retailers. Fine by me - ML was hella expensive anyway. :)

If you haven't, sign up for Daily Candy Deals at www.dailycandy.com. Each week there are five places that offer discounts, like 25 percent off at Ricky's NYC.

I can't remember if I'm mentioned this before or not ...

But if you're looking for a miracle concealer, check out ErasePaste by Benefit. LOVE. IT. Works great under eyes, on blemishes and red spots, and covers like a dream. And it has a tiny scoop applicator, so it lasts much longer than a traditional tube.

Benefit has great "fix-it" products. Haven't been terribly impressed with their color products (with the exception of a champagne-colored lip gloss) but their concealers, Lemon-Aid, BeneTint, etc. are great. Only drawback is the entire line is clearly formulated for Caucasian skin tones.

Cadet - I agree on both counts.

I've usually been loyal to MAC and Nars for color products, but I've really fallen in love with some recent Stila products - especially the eyeshadow smudge pots.
