Headband is too much work. Ponytail. FTW

Uh, what? I can put a headband in with one hand. Ponytail takes two hands for like 20 seconds. AND my hair isn't long enough for a ponytail. :D

Is it wrong that I want these but I'm not sure I can walk right in them????

It just takes some practice, fs. Either that or a session or two of catwalking lessons.

I think the highest heels I have are 2 inches. I really want to be more comfortable in higher heels since I'm so short. But I've never been a heels girl. But now that my athletic career (for the most part) is over, I'd like to change that up a little!

I have terrible balance (I'd fail a sobriety test when totally sober) but have no problem walking (or running) in heels up to 5". Just takes getting used to. You can do it!

But you've gotta practice or know what you're doing before going out in public. I saw two different girls with shoes similar to this over the weekend, and they just looked stupid. Shoes were cute, but they were clopping along in them and totally ruined the effect.

Yeah, I wouldn't want to look stupid! I'll probably practice way too much! But 5" is crazy! Oh, to wear those and be 5'3ish!

    Or 5-0ish ;)

I've cut back on how often I wear my crazy tall shoes. I got rid of all but one pair that was more than 4-inches tall. I love them so, but I'm convinced they cause my shin splints (not to mention my tight hamstrings that prevent me from doing a standing forward bend in yoga class).

Ha! That's pretty short! Being short was great for gymnastics, not so great for a lot of other things. I guess I'm scared of the heels doing awful things to my body/back/shins/etc. That or draw too much attention to my calves!

I never had problems with them until I started working out. They do great, great things to your body's appearance though, if you can walk in them.
