Another freebie: spend $50 or more at sephora.com and enter CLUTCH2 for a clutch with good samples.

Luggy, the liquid liner pen I have is LineExact from Cover Girl, but my day-to-day liner is a plum-colored pencil from Benefit.

OK, ladies, need some mascara feedback. I'm coveting the Chanel Inimitable mascara, but I want to know if it lives up to the hype. Or are there cheaper alternatives that will not leave me with raccoon eyes? What do you like?

I use L'Oreal's Original Voluminous. I refuse to change if what I have works :D

It's not waterproof, but I've not any racoon eyes problems. I generally have to use remover before it runs.

Cadet, I've been using Avon's SuperFull mascara and I love it. No raccoon eyes and it doesn't get in my eyes and irritate my contact lenses. I find it also lasts pretty much till I take it off.

I'm going to have to save all the info from this thread.

How do you guys get the waterproof crap off? Taking off eye makeup is my least favorite thing to do.

Talking concealer for a second... A couple of friends swear by YSL Touche Eclat. I NEVER buy high end cosmetics, but since I'm getting older and tired'er, I got a coupon and decided to try it. I've used it once and see no difference. I'm going to have to conceal one side with my old drugstore stuff and the other side with this stuff to see if it works any better.

I've used Clinique's Advanced Concealer for years. It was the only thing that covered my acne (I have terrible skin) as a teen, and I've never stopped using it.

I think Clinique has a waterproof makeup remover. I've never used it, but I adore their regular remover, so it might be worth a shot.

Actually, now that I think about it Kiehls is great for everything.

    Also, Fresh...great stuff.

I never wear eye makeup. The rest of the stuff I can take off in like 10 seconds...little scrubby and it's gone.

I just don't have the work ethic to do eye makeup.

Cadet, are you using the sponge applicator for concealer? If so, try a brush. Much more effective.
Otherwise, I'm currently using Almay's Clear Complexion concealer. It, unfortunately, dries my skin out badly. Ill be switching over to MAC's NW20 Select after payday.

Luggy is the concealer connoisseur ... I switch concealers often (different one for eyes and face, one for summer, one for winter) but always apply with fingers.

Other products that have gotten my attention lately: mineral-laced items from the Dead Sea. Muds and salts from that area are very effective, but you have to make sure to get the real thing.
